- Direct access to support representatives via a direct service number.
- Guarantee of a fast response and solution, adapted to the urgency.
- Urgent matters recorded within a maximum of 8 hours.
What is not included ?
- No dedicated accountmanager
- Service limited to officehours.
- Services outside officehours at extra rates.
What is the price for the Silver Support ?
- Fixed annual rate for support by email screen capture or telephone under fair-use conditions.
- No invoicing per intervention but an all-in formula.
- 5 (!) Percent discount on the hourly rate for on-site interventions.
