We offer 4 supportpackages, but we have the flexibility to arrange a suitable tailor-made contract depending on the level of cover you require :

  • Diamond : stands for ultra-exclusive engagement. This is simply the best possible service pack… and a lot is possible and eventually tailored to your needs.
  • Gold : the commitment which we offer in our gold service pack is virtually the same as the Diamond service pack, however you cannot use the extended office hours here.
  • Silver : our Silver pack is a fixed-price paid service for customers who want additional and more extensive support, compared to the standard support, but at a fixed rate.
  • Standard : Everyone deserves our dedication.
    With the standard support package, you maintain basic support, but you have a pay-per use formule : you only pay for what you use but you pay for all you use.
