Our customers are central to our business and we’re looking for a Customer Success Hero who will be the first point of contact, acting as the friendly face of our business and shepherding them to the right team to solve their problem, keeping the strong relationship that he/she has build with the customer alive, throughout the whole customer journey.

Your responsabilities

  • Facilitating the successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Establishing trusted expert relationships with customers and conducting regular calls or follow-up meetings.
  • Assessing customer requirements, solving problems, anticipating future needs, and generally serving as the customers single point of contact.
  • Understanding the customers business realities.
  • Working closely with the service team to develop new services or ideas and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Your skills

  • You have the ‘make it happen’ attitude.
  • You demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Patience, calmness under pressure, attentiveness (the ability to listen instead of speak) and a polite attitude.
  • You are highly organized and a good multi-tasker.
  • You have a passion for managing customer expectations and helping customers solve problems with product-based solutions.
  • You are an out-of-the box thinker.
  • You have a strong interest in new technologies – data & business processes.
  • You show technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Communication, Sales, or relevant field.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English, French is a plus.
  • You have a proven track record in customer-facing roles within technology as Consultant, Sales / Pre-sales, Technical Account Management or Project Manager.
