  • Guarantee of a fast response and solution, adapted to the urgency.
  • Urgent matters recorded within a maximum of 8 hours.
What is not included ?
  • No dedicated accountmanager
  • Service limited to officehours. 
  • Services outside officehours at extra rates.
What is the price for the Silver Support ?
  • Fixed annual rate for support by email screen capture or telephone under fair-use conditions.
  • No invoicing per intervention but an all-in formula.
  • 5 (!) Percent discount on the hourly rate for on-site interventions.
